Protesting Against Sexual Assault 2014

On 13th October, 2014, Nandita Devi, a student of Hatim Ali High School was sexually abused and injured by a boy of local gang. ECDO protested this heinous activity and met with the victim as well as her parents. Members of ECDO and Human Rights Defenders also actively met in a meeting with Hatim Ali High School Management Committee on this issue. They arranged human chain where participants with placard were demanding to stop like this brutality against women and for soon arrest of the accused boy and his gang.
